Advance Caterers Group has been operating in the catering industry for over 30 years under the leadership of its founders Mr Glenn Chan and Mrs Catherine Chan, in the name of its predecessor, Hong Kong Catering Management Ltd. We have developed popular tradenames such as Imperial Kitchen, Eighteen Brook Cantonese Cuisine, Ole Spanish Restaurant & Wine Bar, Go Gu Jang Korean Restaurant and E.C. Eatery. The Group now operates restaurants in a variety of cuisines from Pekingese, Shanghainese, Cantonese, Japanese, Spanish, Asian to Western.
